Tough times in the world at the moment but I’m very glad that Asteroid Run is providing at least a little bit of enjoyment to people stuck in their homes!
With the latest update happening just before the Covid-19 scenario by pure fluke I took the decision to reset the high scores to reflect the difficulty change in the game (basically the difficulty is now set at the same level as the more challenging Windows Mobile version of the game). It seems to have kick started a lot of people in to playing again. Prior to the reset the high score was over 300,000, where as now the best players haven’t topped 100,000… can you? I know I haven’t been able to so far.
Asteroid Run is a very simple to play asteroid dodging game available on Desktop (via Facebook Games), iPhone, iPad, Android and even the very much defunct Windows Mobile platforms. Just stay alive as long as you can to build the highest score possible. The High Score table is global across all platforms, so when you are the best, you REALLY ARE THE BEST.
